Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success have been part of my identity since I was six years old. Watching my father masterfully run an import-export business for Asian food ingredients and frozen delicacies, I absorbed invaluable lessons in customer engagement, relationship-building, and entrepreneurial spirit.
We supplied embassies, hosted carnival stalls, and catered high-profile events. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of business fundamentals: quality, persistence, and connection.
Little did I know, this foundational wisdom would propel me into a career where I would lead multi-million-dollar initiatives, empower global teams, and redefine what it means to achieve sustainable growth in the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success domains.

I began my professional journey as a Customer Success Executive at AOL USA, where I quickly became one of the top performers, earning accolades for retaining and delighting customers in a highly competitive dial-up service market. This success followed me to AOL UK, where I further honed my expertise in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
At American Express, I mastered the art of technical problem-solving, supporting customers with net banking services and software integrations for tools like Quicken and QuickBooks. These roles taught me how to navigate complex challenges while delivering exceptional experiences that drive trust and satisfaction.

My transition to the SaaS industry began at EVC Ventures, where I spearheaded the creation of five businesses targeting the U.S. education sector.
These included cutting-edge solutions like ERP systems, student portals, AI chatbots, and managed IT services.

My tenure at Goodera was equally transformative. Over three years, I scaled the SaaS client base from 20 to 1,000+ clients in over 100+ countries secured partnerships with brands like Sequoia and SnapChat, Global Empowerment Mission, R1 RCM, Cloud Software Group and drove product adoption across 100+ countries. These accomplishments solidified my expertise in scaling businesses and building impactful customer relationships globally.
